Real Estate - COVID Implications, Emerging Trends, and Outlook for the Future

Dear SAIA Community,

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world in countless ways.  Among different segments of capital markets, real estate has been impacted uniquely. While commercial real estate has generally performed well despite the macroeconomic volatility, dislocations have certainly been created. Some of these changes may be transient and others may be here to stay.

For this year’s SAIA Investment Summit, we have assembled a diverse panel of experts ranging from leading local and national allocators, educators and developers, to discuss the impacts of COVID on the asset class. We hope you can join us as they share their thoughts on how the markets may evolve, what they may look like in a post-COVID world, and how investors might participate accordingly.

For more information about the event and our panel, please see below.
