SAIA's Quarterly Event (3/29/2023):

Navigating Today’s Real Estate Market: Current Environment, Trends and Opportunities

Dear SAIA Community,

We are excited to host our first in-person event of the year on March 29th focusing on the real estate market. Rising rates combined with ongoing macro and geopolitical uncertainty, are creating unique pockets of risks and opportunities across this asset class. Consequently, we have assembled a panel of real estate experts that will cover, among many things:

  • Impact of rising rates, inflation, and ongoing economic uncertainty on local and national real estate markets
  • Outlook and opportunities across regions, property types, and investment strategies
  • Valuation dislocations between public and private markets
  • Current trends, capital flows, and opportunities in an environment with scarce liquidity

For more information and to register, please see below. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
